I love stories with a happy ending and this is one of them. Sudden storms can pop up on the Chesapeake and the storm that capsized the Carolina Skiff must have been a beauty. She took on water and quickly went turtle, shell up. Three adults and three children went into the water. John Griggs, 46 swam 5 hours to shore. Some are calling him a hero. Thankfully, they all had life vests on.

Six peope might be one or two over the limit. Buy a bigger boat!
