Abandon a race!

I ain't a fuckin' professional race coordinator but I've been in some scary shit. This wasn't a sunfish regatta. Most of the boats certainly looked large enough to had a working radio and a few would have even had radar. Who didn't monitor the weather radio? What the fuck? Abndon the god damned  race! Let the weatherman make the decision. Abandon the race would have save lives!
